Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the person who is making the booking to read all these Terms and Conditions. If the booking is made by one guest for multiple guests, it is the responsibility of the guest making the booking to ensure that all guests are made aware of these Terms and Conditions.

Noisy and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Any complaints for such activity may result in guests being required to vacate with no refund.

Fraser Beachfront Holidays endeavours to maintain equipment and facilities in good condition, but will accept no responsibility for any inconvenience incurred by guests due to equipment breakdown.

Fraser Beachfront Holidays accepts no liability for any injury, damage, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control. Such deposit is fully refundable if a booking is cancelled not less than eight weeks before arrival. Otherwise such deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be found for the cancelled dates.

Full and final payment for accommodation needs to be received no less than 10 days before arrival. Receipt of the final payment will confirm acceptance by guests of these Terms and Conditions.

Guest premises are to be maintained clean and tidy, and rubbish properly disposed of, at all times. Before departure all kitchen cutlery, crockery and utensils should be washed and stored, all kitchen, bathroom and shower surfaces and toilet thoroughly cleaned, and all floors swept throughout. Suitable cleaning materials will be supplied. Failure to leave the premises in an appropriate condition will incur a charge for extra cleaning.

Breakages should be reported to caretakers as soon as possible. In the event of damage, breakage or loss of property, furniture or furnishings, Fraser Beachfront Holidays reserves the right to charge the guests reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property.

Fraser Beachfront Holidays may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
